THE MATT ROBERTS FITNESS INDEX

The Fitness Index is a complete way to discover your fitness level in a quick and simple way. Your Fitness Index score is a measurement between 1 and 100, comprised of 5 tests of different facets of your own fitness.

The tests cover elements of your strength, size and cardiovascular capability. The true sign of good fitness is to score evenly and highly across all disciplines.
