FAT LOSS
Fat loss is a goal that many people struggle with and one that we have been helping our clients with for many years. Now you can benefit from our wealth of experience with our unique 8 week fat loss programme.
You will start with a full 60 minute fitness and movement assessment with one of our expert personal trainers. Following your assessment, your trainer will tailor our fat loss programme to suit your specific needs.
The package includes three one-to-one training sessions per week. Your trainer will also advise you on additional cardiovascular based workouts that should be completed outside of the gym.
Your one-to-one sessions will combine a range of training techniques tailored to your fitness level focussing on increasing your body’s ability to burn fat whilst sculpting your physique.
You will be given a structured diet plan to follow which is designed to support your training and optimise fat loss. If you commit to your goal, with your trainer’s support you will see fantastic results from this programme.
MARATHON TRAINING
Running a marathon is a huge challenge; both physically and mentally. Understanding your own motivation and ensuring you have the time to commit to your training is important.
One of the biggest challenges people face is getting to the start line injury-free and ready for this extremely challenging endurance event. It is vital that you understand how your body moves and what training is needed to optimise your performance.
Our 16 week programme is designed for both beginners and seasoned runners alike. You will start with a full biomechanical analysis, 3D pressure mapping foot scan and a physiotherapy screening. This phase of diagnostic analysis allows us to prescribe personalised exercises, mobility drills and stretches which will be central to your training.
You will have a 60 minute one-to-one personal training session each week. Your session will be gym-based and will focus on building the strength you need for this level of endurance event. In addition to this you will have a telephone consultation with your trainer each week.
You will also receive a foam roller to use at home to aid muscle recovery, a full running training plan to follow, nutritional advice and 10% off physiotherapy and sports massage treatments throughout the duration of your course.
MUSCLE BUILDING
In order to build muscle you need the right combination of training and nutrition. During your 8 week muscle building programme you will have a full 60 minute fitness assessment followed by 29 one-to-one personal training sessions.
The plan is structured so that you will have some weeks with 3 training sessions and some weeks with 4. This structure has been carefully designed to accommodate the volume of training needed and the necessity for rest and recovery at certain points within your programme. This will allow your body to adjust to the demands of your training and to respond in the desired way.
You will also follow a structured diet plan which has been specifically designed to enhance the results gained from your sessions to ensure you reach your goal.
POST NATAL
Our personalised combination of training techniques including pilates, resistance work and cardiovascular training to get you back into shape and feeling great after your pregnancy. Should be started six weeks after birth unless you have had a C-section or complications.
