A fun and energetic group workout set in the beautiful surrounds of Hampstead Heath with expert guidance and instruction from the Matt Roberts Personal Training team.
Classes are graded to suit your ability, whether you are a beginner, experienced or just looking to get back into a regular exercise routine. With innovative styles of training from circuits to bodyweight exercise to using the specialist equipment of the Matt Roberts training team your fitness goals are sure to be taken to the next level.
These sessions in the fresh air can be a supplement to your current gym routine or can help you get back in to shape. The classes are designed to burn fat and help take your fitness forward. Class sizes are limited to 15 and each session lasts for 1 hour.
