Nordic walking is a fun, social, outdoor, total body workout. Using Nordic walking poles (provided in all sessions) works your chest, back, arms and shoulders as well as your legs. The most surprising result is that the poles allow you to work harder than you feel!
Nordic walking sessions take in the full beauty of Hampstead Heath. All classes are graded so you can find a class that matches your fitness level and goals, or why not arrange a small group personal training session that is designed specifically for you and your partner, or you and your friends?

MARTIN CHRISTIE
Martin Christie introduced Nordic walking to the UK in 2003, developing the UK’s first Nordic walking instructor training programme. He is the Head Tutor of Nordic Walking UK and has personally trained over 500 instructors including personal trainers, physiotherapists and doctors. Martin regularly appears in the national press and on radio and TV promoting the benefits of Nordic walking.
