ABOUT TENPILATES
TenPilates is the home of the latest development in Pilates, Dynamic Pilates.
Like traditional Pilates, it's designed to strengthen and engage your core waist and lower back muscles, helping improve posture and prevent injury.
Unlike traditional Pilates, it also delivers an innovative, intense and highly effective full-body workout designed to give you a slimmer figure and lean, toned muscles.
Whether you're a seasoned Pilates practitioner or a complete beginner, we promise you a warm welcome, a highly enjoyable experience and one of the most effective body-sculpting workouts available anywhere.
Performed on and around our custom Reformer beds, the TenPilates programme is ideal for anyone who wants to see as well as feel the benefits – fast.

Beginners Class
Much of the effectiveness of our workout is based on the use of specific techniques, learning to isolate muscle groups and activate them correctly. This class provides the ideal environment to start building up your core strength and flexibility as you learn and practice those techniques.
Intermediate Class
A definite step up; faster, more intense, and with the emphasis firmly on results. You’ll work through twice as many exercises and you’ll quickly see new levels of core strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. You’ll stand taller and straighter, and your physique will become leaner and more toned.

One-on-one Training
Benefit from the one-to one attention of your Trainer, and a programme custom-designed to suit your specific needs, capabilities and goals. Ideal as an introduction to the Dynamic Pilates workout, or for anyone suffering from back pain or musculoskeletal injury, for Pre and Post Natal sessions, or simply to add extra variety your classes or focus to your technique.

Pay when you come. Not when you don’t.
We think you should be able to come because you want to, not because you feel you have to. So there’s no joining fee and no annual subscription. You only pay for the classes you attend. Classes can be purchased and bookings made online, by phone or at reception.

TEACHER PROFILES
NEIL DIMMOCK | MASTER TRAINER, MANAGER TENPILATES MAYFAIR
After almost 15 years as a Personal Trainer and Manager at some of London's top gyms, including the Next Generation and David Lloyd clubs, Neil is one of TenPilates’ most experienced and expert trainers.
Neil trained at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is not only a Certified Personal Trainer but also a specialist in Exercise Flexibility - extremely effective in a variety of areas from rehabilitation through to the training of performance athletes.
In addition to his wealth of experience, Neil brings with him a genuine love of sport and exercise. Coming from a football background he has a real team approach and a highly competitive spirit; so you'll find that ensuring you achieve your goals is as important to him as it is to you.
MARITHA ARCHER
For Maritha, fitness is a way of life rather than a job; her passion in life is to help others achieve whatever goals they set themselves, no matter how challenging. A highly skilled fitness professional, Maritha combines formal knowledge – courtesy of a Sports Science degree from South Africa’s well-respected Stellanbosch University and a number of rehabilitation courses – with more than 10 years teaching, coaching and training experience.
She brings an infectious enthusiasm to every class she teaches, with an approach to training that’s highly energised and fast paced, but always supportive and tailored the needs of the individual.
CHRIS WATSON
A graduate of both Coventry University and The University of Kent, Chris holds a Higher National Diploma in Sport Exercise and a BSc in Sports Therapy, Health and Fitness.
Chris’ twin passions are extreme sports, including snowboarding, rock climbing and kayaking, and (perhaps advisedly, given how he spends his free time) physiotherapy and rehab.
As a keen lifelong footballer, he’s able to combine his professional and personal interest as Academy Sports Therapist for League 1’s Gillingham FC.
CHRIS RICHARDSON
A graduate from the University of the West of England, Chris holds a BSc Honours in Sports Conditioning, a BTEC National Diploma at Triple Distinction grade in Sports Fitness and a National Diploma in Sports Science.
Coming from a professional Football background, Chris has been trained by some of the top coaches in the country and has in turn applied his knowledge to coaching children at Watford FC.
Chris loves to work with all kinds of clients of all levels, And with his ability to combine focus and attention to detail with a calm, confident approach he creates an efficient, goal-oriented oriented, fun environment for clients of all levels.
