Matt is author of a range of best-selling books dedicated to health, fitness and nutrition, published by Dorling Kindersley. These include 90 Day Fitness Plan, Fitness for Life Manual, Fat Loss Plan and a series of mini-books 'Bums and Tums', 'Thin Thighs', 'Muscle Up' and 'Six-Pack Abs'.
His latest book, entitled 'Fit For Your Shape' was launched in January 2004 . 'The Fat Loss Plan' DVD and video was launched by Universal in January 2002.
