This month we have exciting news in Triathlon news on two fronts.
Firstly, Jon Roberts and the sports performance team have been working with rising triathlon star Vanessa Raw to get her back racing, after a long period of injury, and drive forward her chances of competing at the very highest standards next year. The aim is for Vanessa to compete in three races before the end of the year in Mexico, Turkey and Israel and then push on for the goal of the London Olympics. In her first race back in over a year Vanessa finished 9th in the world cup in Mexico and on Saturday 29th October she came first in the world cup in Israel.

We will keep you updated on her progress.
The second bit of great Triathlon news is that Sam Tomkins, from the Mayfair team, has been selected to compete for the British Team in the long distance triathlon championships in Brazil in November.
Through the website we will keep you updated with how his training is going and how he does in competition.
