PICK & MIX PACKAGE - £800
Get the most from your training by mixing it up a little. Enjoy an intensive gym workout with a personal trainer one day and an invigorating one-to-one Alan Herdman Pilates session the next. Buy ten one hour sessions and benefit from five of each discipline. Only available at Hampstead.

Month Crunch Programme (12 sessions in four weeks) - £800
Get a leaner and fitter body in only four weeks with our latest training package. Designed to work on strength and cardiovascular alongside flexibility and mobility. It is suitable for everyone – beginners, intermediate and advanced depending on the outcome of your assessment and movement screen.
The programme is for three training sessions over a four week period in any of the London clubs.

Two Week Blitz (10 sessions in two weeks) - £650
Designed so you achieve the best results in just ten days, but be prepared to work hard. The package incorporates 10 personal training sessions and a copy of Matt's book 'I Will Make You Fit Fast' which includes a full diet plan and recipes. Every training session is started with a full warm up focusing on preparing the body for exercise, followed by an intensive cardiovascular and strength based session before concluding with a full body stretch.

Fat Loss Programme (24 sessions over eight weeks) - £1,600
Fat loss is a goal that many people struggle with and one that we have been helping our clients with for many years. Now you can benefit from our wealth of experience with our unique 8 week fat loss programme. Your trainer will tailor our fat loss programme to suit your specific needs.
The package includes three one-to-one training sessions per week. Your trainer will also advise you on additional cardiovascular based workouts that should be completed outside of the gym.
Your one-to-one sessions will combine a range of training techniques tailored to your fitness level focussing on increasing your body's ability to burn fat whilst sculpting your physique.
You will be given a structured diet plan to follow which is designed to support your training and optimise fat loss. If you commit to your goal, with your trainer's support you will see fantastic results from this programme.

Ski Fit Programme (9 sessions in three weeks) - £600
Get fit for the slopes this season with the Matt Roberts Ski Fit Programme. The three week course is designed to ensure you can face the mountain with confidence. Three sessions a week will prepare your body for the trials and tribulations of those alpine runs, improving your mobility and flexibility.

POSTnatal Package (16 sessions over eight weeks) - £1,100
Our combination of personalised training techniques including Pilates, resistance work and cardiovascular training will get you back into shape and feeling great after your pregnancy. It should be started six weeks after birth unless you have had a C-section or complications. Always consult your GP before starting any new exercise programmes.

Muscle Building Package (29 sessions over eight weeks) - £1,925
Build muscle with the right combination of training and nutrition. The plan is structured with three to four training sessions per week to accommodate the right amount of training and rest and recovery. This will allow your body to adjust to the demands of training and respond in the desired way. A specially structured diet plan will also help enhance the results gained from the sessions.
