About The Matt Roberts Running Clinic
Running is a skill. With the correct analysis and coaching you can become a more efficient runner, avoid getting injured and most importantly, enjoy running more. Over 60% of people who run 3 or more times a week get injured every year – that is 2 out of every 3 runners. This is usually due to poor technique as the majority of runners have never been taught how to run. It can also be caused by poor mobility, lack of strength and incorrect equipment.
At the Matt Roberts Running Clinic we understand that everyone’s biomechanics are different. This is why our trained analysts and physiotherapists carry out thorough diagnostic testing with each client before we start any training.

Unlike other running schools we do not believe there is one way of running that is right for everyone. Based on the results of your analysis we will prescribe the most efficient style of running for you to maximise your performance.
