Cliff is an eminent practitioner and author in the field of Sports Medicine, with a plethora of experience and qualifications to his name.

As a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist and trained Sport Masseuse he specialised in sports injury treatment and rehabilitation working with many top names in athletics, football, cricket but mostly premiership rugby.

Cliff is a published author within two papers appearing within industry and trade journals.
More recently Cliff has been extensively lecturing on the effective use of electrotherapy in conjunction with physiotherapy sports teams both internationally and across the UK.

Another area of interest is movement control and the identification and correction of uncontrolled movement – often associated with pain.

Being a keen trainer himself, Cliff is well placed to offer practice advice on exercise therapy to complement the personal training on offer.

Cliff is available for physio at our Mayfair club.
