Level 4 Lower Back Pain certified, and National Association of Sport Medicine (NASM) certified trainer.
Chloe has roughly 3,500 hours of personal training experience to date, & 3 years experience in teaching kettlebell classes.
When Chloe is not training she is usually found with her head in a book, studying new training methods to bring to her clients.
She is qualified in padwork, spin, rocktaping, sport nutrition, and is currently completing her Precision Nutrition diploma.
In her spare time she enjoys Olympic Weightlifting & Crossfit - an exercise discipline which challenges all elements of functional fitness.
Chloe's goal is helping others to feel good about themselves inside and out. She thrives upon helping others to achieve stress relief whilst improving physical appearance and performance. Chloe has experience in helping clients of varied capabilities to achieve fat loss, fitness conditioning, and body transformations.
