Maddy is an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who understands the importance of assessing clients as individuals and focusing on their personal requirements and goals when designing tailor made fitness programs.
Whilst Maddy has always had a passion for health and fitness, it was her BSc degree in Nutritional therapy and work within areas such as obesity, cardiovascular health, diabetes and weight loss to name a few that made her acutely aware of the intrinsic relationship between nutrition and physical fitness. This led her to train as a Personal trainer gaining a qualification of REPS level 3. She has never looked back since.
Since qualifying, Maddy has trained a diverse range of clients, helping them to achieve their full potential through educating, empowering and supporting them through their personal fitness and health journey. Maddy strives to make sure her sessions are interesting and challenging. Her main goal is that each client leaves feeling motived, energised and with a sense of accomplishment.
With regards to her own fitness program, she likes to keep thing varied; swimming, cycling, running, reformer Pilates, kettlebells, and hula hooping are amongst her favourites. Having previously run half marathons, her new challenge is to compete in a triathlon and a full marathon.
