With so much change happening physically both pre and post birth it has never been so important to look after your body*. A combination of personalised training techniques are combined to achieve a balanced and healthy body. This includes resistance work for maintaining muscle strength, cardiovascular work to maintain healthy heart and lungs and Pilates based movements to encourage continued mobility and flexibility.
Regain energy, feel revitalised and rejuvenated during pregnancy or as a new mum with our pre and post natal training. To get the most from your training our team would advise a course of 25 personal training sessions.
*Training should commence no sooner than 6 weeks after birth for post natal clients and later for those who have had caesarean section or birth complications. Please consult your GP before starting a new exercise programme.
