Personal Training is all about staying motivated, getting results and getting them on schedule. We recognise that every client is individual, and we know that every client requires a bespoke programme to achieve their goals.
Expertise in manual therapy, massage, electrotherapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation exercise and ergonomics are combined with specialist knowledge of function and movement to treat a variety of conditions such as back or neck problems, joint problems and many more.
When applied skilfully, massage is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. Massage is offered as a service delivered by physiotherapists.
Our dietitian translates research findings from health and nutritional sciences in order to offer you one-to-one advice for sustainable diet improvement. We offer qualified dietary management of a number of nutrition related conditions and recommend an appointment.
