After graduating from university he completed initial qualifications in Exercise Science & Personal Training and began working his way through the industry in a number of positions, varying from Fitness Manager to Studio Co-ordinator for various health club brands.

ROGER CUE | SENIOR TRAINER

After 19 years working in Human Resources Roger decided to pursue his new found passion for health and fitness by studying to become a Personal Trainer. After qualifying with the Premier Global ‘Diploma In Personal Training and Sports Massage’, he immediately set about finding a position within his new career as he became driven to assist and advise other people in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Roger’s primary sporting passion had always been running and in the past he competed in many road and track events, his favoured distance being 10km. His new found enthusiasm for boxing opened up a path into White Collar Boxing, culminating in his involvement in three fights, two of which were held at the world famous York Hall in Bethnal Green, East London.

At the moment Roger’s training consists mainly of gym based resistance exercise. He continues to run occasional races and has completed the ‘Great North Run’ every year since 2002 with his personal best for this course currently standing at 1 hour 30 minutes.
